These terms cover your use of the North Canberra Concrete website (www.northcanberraconcrete.com.au) and our online quoting system (app.northcanberraconcrete.com.au). North Canberra Concrete’s ABN is 51 995 417 063.

Information on the website

The website gives general information about our services. It isn’t a quote or an offer. Prices, specifications and timeframes for your job are only those set out in a written quote from us.

Quote requests

When you send a quote request, please give accurate details so we can contact you and understand the job. Sending a request doesn’t commit you or us to anything.

Online quotes

• Each quote is sent to you as a private link. Please don’t share it with people who aren’t involved in the job.
• A quote is valid until the date shown on it. After that, ask us for an updated one.
• Accepting a quote online, by typing your name and ticking the box, means you agree to that quote and to the job terms and conditions shown with it. Those job terms govern the work itself, including deposits, weather delays and variations.
• If we send an updated quote, earlier versions can no longer be accepted.

Weather and scheduling

Concrete work depends on the weather. Dates shown on a quote or booking may need to move if rain or extreme heat is forecast. We’ll tell you as early as we can.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the website or quoting system. That includes trying to access parts of them that aren’t meant for you, interfering with how they work, or sending spam through the forms.

Our content

The text, logo, images and design on the website belong to North Canberra Concrete. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

We work to keep the website and quoting system available and accurate, but we can’t guarantee they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
