Older homes, tight access
Inner North blocks often have narrow side access, established gardens and big street trees. We plan how concrete gets in, whether by pump or barrow, and how to protect what's already there.
Tree roots are a common cause of lifting driveways and paths here. When we replace them, we deal with the cause so the new concrete doesn't go the same way.
Heritage areas
Parts of the Inner North are heritage precincts, so changes visible from the street, like a new driveway, can need approval. It's worth checking early, and we can talk it through at the site visit.
